His Excellency, Mr Admin...
Why is it that around twice a week I get a "page not found" error when trying to reach this site? It can last for half a day or for the whole day and renewing the IP and similar little tricks don't help. Yes, I'm a Cyta/I-Choice subscriber and use the now standard "speedtouch".

Hello,
The problem is not with Cyta/I-choice but Cytanet/Netrunner.
The server has a 100% uptime for several months now. However a few people have reported this issue before. All without exception were using Cytanet/Netrunner.
You can try to contact the Cytanet support while you are having the problem (tel: 8000-8080). This will probably solve the issue for you, at least temporarily.
In the past I talked to their support many times but nothing was done to permanently solve the problem for all their users.
I am sorry but there is nothing more that I can do except from advising you to change ISP. The service you get from Cytanet is the worst you could get for your money and I am not saying this because of the issue. Otenet, Netway and Wavespeed are much better ISPs. Otenet is also cheaper than Cytanet.
