| If anyone can explain why cypriot girl won't date a foreigner, would be great. I've even asked cypriots that I know, and they don't know either... |

That reminds me of years ago when i used to go to many Jazz Funk alldayers and allnighters in Manchester from my home town Bonnie Dunde in Scotland,I used to see loads of black guys with blonde english women say 20 plus couples per venue on average but never once did i see a white guy with a black girl (no but never) never even had the oppertunity to get into there company and have a dance with one (closed shop) i'm not a racist but i found it "WEIRD" i must say.

My Cypriot wife seem not having any problems... + our best friend's husband is a foreigner...
You just gotta speak the language and then they are all the same, Unlocked, cracked and activated...  |

Well, I don't know if this is the problem.
For example I only speak english and a little bit of french (beside my first language), so if it's about greek, "Bad Luck Smith!", I'll never learn this language because I don't like it.
My cypriot friend says he doesn't know why this happens, but he saw that (let's not say all), most of cypriot girls only date cypriots, on the other side, you see cypriots with all kind of women. This look kinda' weird to me.  |

For sure there is much more to you that she fell for except the language. 
The problem must be other than just communication. Most probably the influence of family & society. Even some guys would never marry a foreigner because their mummy doesn't approve, let alone girls. |

| SOSage, i know exactly what you talking about... one of my good friends is going out with 1 Russian girl for 7 years now! He told me he wants to start a family, but his family doesnt approve and never will... i told him why do you care anyway, its your life... he told me "u will never understand"... so he ended it |
