It's got to be the woman on top .
That way she can let her self go ~ dictate the pace and enjoy to the maximum . 
It's surprising how many ( older ) Cypriot woman won't do this and subsequently don't get the pleasure they deserve  and many Cypriot guys won't either because they feel they have lost control.
How very strange this small minded thinking is .
