Hello.
We are selling our lovely 4 bedroom, 200sq.metre 2-storey house. It is located in Asgata, a charming village 10 minutes' drive north-east of the Eastern edge of Limassol (the St.Raphael Hotel/marina area).
It's located on over 2200sq.m, with an 8m x 4m pool. The house was completed mid-2007, after being built to the highest standards. We were on site every day of its construction - my family has been involved in the construction industry in UK for decades - so we know that every aspect of the build is first class - even by UK standards. It is fully insulated and has DPC and DPM.
We have title deeds.
I am in the process of making a website for the house; you can view it at www.houseincyprus.net. If you click on 'photos' you'll be able to take a look at the house and some info about each room. I haven't finished the other pages yet (location, construction, the island).
It is priced at just CYŁ260,000 = €444,236.
