Nice a whooping CyŁ517K / donum.
Well they sell at around 200 - 350K / donum at protaras area and with only 20% build so, I can see where they are coming from, although I am not saying i agree with it. Personally IMHO, it is overpriced. |

Hi Sotos,
I guess the agents make more money out of selling land+house than the land alone.
There is a site that covers the Paphos area at: http://www.adverts4cyprus.com/pages/home/index.php but I don't know of a 'national' site.
We found our land by asking the people in our village - that's the way most people do it (and you avoid the 5% commission fee).
