| Turkish Cypriots are citizens of the Republic of Cyprus ( of course the settlers are not )The "TRNC" is not recognised by anyone . That means on May1 they became European citizens and they can travel anywhere in Europe ( but I think we all have to issue a new passport) |

| many t/cypriots are now getting the R.O.C passports as it is there right to but also like stated the TRNC is only recognised by Ankara. |
