Does anybody know of any houses for sale in the Famagusta area that require a little T.L.C., this being reflected in the price?
We are particularly interested in the Liopetri, Sotira, Frenaros areas.
We don't mind doing a little or a lot of work on the property.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

| I think the best way to do it is to go at the coffee shop of those villages (usually in the center of the village) and ask the people there. It will save you 3% commission that you would otherwise pay a real estate agent. |
