I mean exactly that nothing more, nothing less, I am not pro-enosis there is no reason for that today, as Cyprus we are an established independent state member to one of the strongest economical and political lobbies in the world the EU and that is how we should remain and fight for that. However we should never forget our history, or deny that we are called Greek Cypriots for a reason, because the result would be only one and that is repeating the mistakes of the past, over and over again.
As for the denyal part, that is especially for my friend michalis who believes that by denying his ethnicity he is fixing the mistakes we made and the wrong decisions our leaders took by betraying those 20 year olds who died so that we do not have to drink our tea in a mug with the queen's head... |

Have i mentioned Enosis ?
The problem with us Cypriots is that we misinterpret anything and everything.
For the phrase above i gave an answer to Mr.Kifeas who was worried about my feelings towards Avnan Plan.
You question my neocypriot loyalties.
Pls read the mentioned few messages above.
Thanks |

And you think this post:
| Quote: |
You have obviously totally misunderstood me!
I was ironically refererred to the notion that Cyprus is an etnically cohesive nation in which the parts are homogenized so as to form a new breed of people.Of course i'm against the Annan Plan or any other plan by any other name that is based on those unheard of principles.
Cyprus can be a nation based on the citizenship of its cohabitants and not of their ethnic or religion background.
I hope that your fears about my person being an Ananist have been resolved. |
Justfies to call the Cyprus nation a joke?
Did I call the Greek nation a Joke? |

Mr Simon, PSEFTO KALAMARA
I am happy that you live away from cyprus because you do not deserve IT.
Also i suggest you better check your eyes. Because the second last word was in Cypriot dialect. It appears that you are blind.
The last word i wrote was END.
END....my dear blind. If you can see or read it......... END was the word
END........................
Pomy! |

If a nation does not exist based on widely accepted geneological features of course is a joke.
Unfortunately people always confuse the notion of Nation to that of State.
I'm sorry for that.
P.S.
Besides i placed the quotation marks in case some body misunderstands the true meaning of my post. |

Dialect of which language fool!! Do you know the difference between a language and a dialect? Do the people of Rhodes speak Cypriot dialect?
And I thought that was going to be your last post to me!
You call me blind! You can't even be bothered to stick to what you write in your own posts.
Btw, I will not be away for long, I'm staying at my home in Cyprus this summer. |

When there is a state there is also a separate nation these two always go together hand in hand.
The international Law , the UN charter recognise the ROC as a separate nation.
The Greek nation never existed in real it has no history ! |
