You can not do it directly. The facility of doing so is disabled because it has been abused by some members in the past.
Reply to this post and use the "Add image to post" to attach your avatar in a post. I will upload it on our server for you.
Avatar size should be no more than 100 pixels x 100 pixels and should weight less than 10K.
