| Dean are you sorted yet or are you still looking, how well do you know Paphos and have you decided which area you want to stay in, you will get better value the further inland you are, an average new build 2 bed appartment in Chlorica with communial pool and see view will be circa CYPŁ300 pcm and there are plenty to choose from just look in the supermarkets, or Paphos Post, my first rental we took an initial 6 month term, we liked the area but wanted something a little bigger for similar money and you will find other property once you are in Paphos.
