Capitalism is a bitch... compete or get swallowed up as you say. The system is no different to the US, UK, or Australia so quit complaining and swim.

With Christofias in power there is clearly more impetus towards negotiation, but is there increased coherence to the GC position (i.e. has anything really changed from the GC side?), and, if so, could this lead to reunification?

Christofias is a Communist. If this tendancy is real there will be an effort to promote change which improves the socialisation of all the population. It is Talat who must show his leftist leanings, and an ability to be removed from the influence of the 'Deep State', and Turkey's particular interests.

With few words, Christofias is not "Greek", is Talat not "Turkish"?

Never forget the influence of the Turkish "Deep State" ... have they ousted Erdogan yet?

Getting rid of Mr Erdogan, today, would send perhaps the largest Truth-wave on the present Cyprus talks. Then, and only then, will we see the true nature of the Turkish "YES" vote in the 2004 UN Annan plan. Or, do the Turks not know what they are doing?
