Reuters has been reporting of a new plan being prepared by the UN and other Cyprus mediators? BASED ON WHAT? The U.S has already specified that any UN initiative must be based on the previous Annan Plan; bi-zonal, bi-communal Confederation! Is this what our Cyprus republic is seeking?

Is the new plan providing one person one vote? Is providing same democratic rules apply in Germany/ France/ Spain/ Greece? Then welcome. otherwise is just loose of time
