Leon noone have problem with only cypriots (with donkey).

I've got another solution, move everyone off the island and let the donkeys, cats and moufflon take over... they'll probably do a better job.

How about this solution? All GCs go to Greece, all TCs go to Turkey, all Jews from Israel come to Cyprus, which will then be declared to be a Jewish State, and what is now Israel becomes the state of Palestine. That way, the Cyprus Problem and the problems of the middle east are all solved in one master stroke!

Murtaza, you might like to know that the story with the donkeys was first said by Makarios. Thus, it is wrongly perceived that the father of this quote is Denktas. He just agreed strongly with Makarios on this one but, of course, they were both dead wrong, once again.

Not so far from the truth. At one time it was suggested to an Ottoman Emperor that Cyprus indeed be given as a homeland for the Jews by his Grand Vizier. Needless to say it never transpired.

i just want to mention that any GC who believes a mass migration of GCs to Greece will be viewed by my xenophobic cocitizens in a good way are disillusioned.

Seems my nomination of Alex for UNSG may have been slightly premature...

But Thrill, surely you could make room for them on Crete... if my parents-in-law were moved there I'd be over the moon, love Crete...
