My husband and I, along with our 17 & 15 year old are thinking of visiting Cyprus for the first time in October. We have thought about all inclusive as we thought it may prove cheper in the long run but can't seem to find any rooms that would accommodate 4 of us. Does anyone have any ideas? Alternatively, could anyone recommend a villa/apartment in this area, I've heard that Polis & Latchi are quite nice.
Also, whats the weather normally like in October?
Thanks |

Holidayed a few times in CY in second half of October, weather still dry, very warm to hot in daytime (to my mind), very mild in evenings. Weather starts to break towards the end of the month.
Polis and Latchi are very nice, spent a few days there this past August. Nearby beaches are shingle, and the water does shelve pretty steeply on that side of the Island.
15-17 year olds? If they're the sort who like a more "exciting" holiday, the East Coast resorts may be more suitable. That side of the Island also benefits from sandy beaches and shallower water. |

| depending on what activies or interest they have there is very little to do in this area (lived in polis for 2 years) nature walks or scenic sight seeing are great .If they want meeting and socialising of an evening they are not many if any places except resturants. |

As stated, I would not take teenagers to that side of the island in October. It will be very quiet. Unless you opt for grotty Kato Pafos.
October is usually lovely weather but last October stayed as hot as it was in high season. |
