The British are committing War Crimes...

‘Routine’ Abuse of Iraqi Civilians by British Forces

“In a public inquiry today was told that British soldiers’ abuse of Iraqi detainees were not an example of “just a few bad apples” but were rather part of a systemic problem, noting that soldiers routinely used banned techniques and abused detainees.”

Civilian death soldiers 'not just few bad apples'

“The British soldiers responsible for the death of an Iraqi detainee were not just "a few bad apples", a public inquiry heard today.
Hotel receptionist Baha Mousa, 26, died in UK military custody in Basra, southern Iraq, in September 2003 after being subjected to humiliating abuse.”

Iraqis accuse British troops of war crimes

"British troops committed "war crimes" in post-war Iraq, unlawfully killing civilians and beating and torturing prisoners in their custody, lawyers for the victims have alleged.

Soldiers played cruel "games" with prisoners, forcing them to recite lists of English or Dutch footballers and beating them if they failed, Phil Shiner, a British lawyer leading six test cases in the High Court this week, said."

UK war crimes claim before ICC

"A group of lawyers who tried to prove the Iraq war illegal before it started have now sent their dossier of evidence to the International Criminal Court.

The legal experts are determined to pursue the perpetrators through the courts and are using the British army's use of cluster bombs during the Iraq conflict as the central allegation. But it's still unclear whether the prosecutor in The Hague will take the case on."

Met police rejects request to investigate Iraqi deaths

“The Metropolitan Police are not prepared to investigate allegations that British troops tortured and murdered Iraqi detainees, lawyers said.
The Defence Secretary, Bob Ainsworth, recently agreed that a fresh investigation was necessary, at a High Court hearing in London, because of government failings in disclosing documents to the court. The court had been hearing a legal challenge over the Ministry of Defence's refusal to set up an independent inquiry into the deaths in southern Iraq in 2004.”

There's probably over a million Iraqi, Kuwaiti and Iranian victims of Saddam's murderous brutality so let's start in Chronological order or does the fact that as they're arabs mean they don't count?
