Swearing, insulting, trying to degrade some individuals and institutions has nothing to do with the truths and democrasy. None of them was sued because of what they say, they were sued because of the baseless allegations they made and the swearing, insulting, degrading style of wordings.

insan whoever was a critic of turkey and dektash a few years ago was either targeted or threatened and that is well documented by international org.not greek propaganda.

There you can read the full human rights report of whole Cyprus, 2003. I don't deny any part of that report concerning the North. the rest is empty allegations.

i dont consider the us state dept a international org.,besides they have a knack for critizing other countries but dont look at there own human rights record.

Insan, you suggesting that Sener Levent does the above? You again use strong language susch as 'insult', 'degrading', 'swearing' etc. Why does anything that is critical of your views result in such a knee jerk reaction? Thats the problem with most TC's it seems. Very easily insulted! That is why when talking to you guys its like walking on egg shells.

I like reading Levent's articles even most of them contain insulting, degrading, irritating, alleged acusations with derogatory remarks about every person and everything they oppose. There are things I agree with him, besides there are things I disagree. Most of us are also, anonymously doing the same things here on this board.

I'm also writing about everything I dislike, oppose; Grivas, Makarios, Denktash, Eroglu, GC far right, Turkish Far right, Papadopoulos, Eldik, National Guard, Chrissy Avgi, Grey Wolves etc.

Now tell me, if I've written these things on a GC daily in the South, how many court cases there would be about me, how many times they would attempt to assasinate me? How many bombs will be dropped top of my house?

None? Ok. then you are angels all others are evils.

During my visit to South I evade talking about those things in public.

There you go again! In a free world there is a free press. I admire Levent for STANDING UP FOR FREEDOM because all he is doing is expressing what he thinks and what he sees.

You can't really compare the south to the north regarding freedom of speech. The press in the south doesn't spare any feelings they have for Papadopoulos. Politis is one such paper that criticises but I don't see bombs placed on their doorstep. If anything there is vigorous debate in the south. No wispering or anonymous conversations there!

mikkie, if that is the case then why did none of your so called free press let tony anagonistos(spelt wrong no doubt) documentary be seen on television and now the man and his family live in fear and are called traitors, is this the freedom of speech you talk about.

I didn't see any GC collumnists using the same language that Levent uses. But I heard many Haravgi collumnists whispering how their mouths silenced for the sake of so-called "national unity".
