An experimental political arrangement, never proven to work anywhere in the world before, with the only obvious guarantee being that foreign powers get to keep their dirty paws on the victim country that adopts it.

thanx observer, thats the bit I,m stuck on. I kind of thought it was maybe like the United States set up. You know, like neighbouring states may have different laws and in some cases different cultures but living side by side. But then I cant see how that would apply to Cy as it would still presumably have 2 presidents.

The BB is about separation. The F is about unity. TCs want to make it BBP Bizonal Bicommunal Partition. They want everything their way.

Maybe Observer means that it is easy to understand what "bi-zonal" means. Obviously we never agreed on where and how big each zone will be.

What should be taken for granted is that the towns, villages and areas that have a legal GC majority should be part of the zone where GCs are the majority.

Piratis, what happens if a zone is created to cover an area with a clear GC majority, but there remain the odd village or town which is predominantly GC, but lies outside the zone?
