I'm sure Alex would have directed us to this in due course, but I spotted it whilst surfing today. Below is a link to the executive summary of the Wilton Park conference. If Alex wants to act as chair, we could have a discussion on the points made in the document. If you don't have the time Alex, a round-table open discussion could also draw some points out of this I think.

Yes, a draft was sent to me two days ago, and I was going to put it up in due course, I wasn't aware though that Wilton Park had already published the final text.

Sorry Alexandros, I meant 'facilitator' rather than 'chair'. Given your familiarity with the conference, you'd probably be the best person to lead off on a point and summarise our collective contributions. Nonetheless, I appreciate that takes time, so a 'round-table' where we all throw points in could be easier.
