I am glad to see that you have given your ideas concrete form. Here follows two questions, and one piece of information.
The first question: How about people who are born after the agreement takes effect? Will they have the Primary residency of their parents, or of the state they were born in?
The second question: How would the three following types of (very likely) deadlocks be resolved? a) Inability of the Senate to agree on the annual Federal Budget. b) Inability of the Central Bank governors to agree on interest rate policy. c) Inability of the Presidential Council to agree on rates of VAT?
All the above are not constitutional issues, they are purely issues of policy, so a regular Supreme Court like the one you propose would not be authorised to make such decisions. And yet, inability to make such decisions would paralyse the state ...
The piece of information: A lower federal court has already been included in the Annan Plan, after being demanded by Tassos. It was one of the major changes he demanded for Annan 5. Also the provision that the non-Cypriot judges would only vote if the Cypriot judges were tied was included in the plan - this was originally proposed by Kypros Chrysostomides in his writings, and eventually accepted.

The main questions are:
1) Will the 18% of TCs have an effective blocking power on everything?
2) Will north Cyprus be for me my country. By "my country" I mean that it should be more for me than Lithuania, Malta or Spain. In those EU countries I can go at any time I want to work, live, buy property etc. I expect from any part of my country to offer me more than those. Will it? If yes please tell me what exactly.
If your aim is a disguised partition, then you should work with the Americans about it. It is useless asking from us to accept partition plans.

as far as the 2nd argument:
no matter what is discussed in this forum and no matter how stubborn T-Pap is that will never happen. any form of solution will involved apartheid because "cyprus is like no other issue". and no matter how unfair it might seem to GCs thats how its going to be.
and the sad thing is that its not necessarily the will of the TCs but of other greater powers. . but if they can get a better deal then why should they reject it? oh well...

Well, if true unification is not possible, then no solution is possible. In a few words, we will all (GCs, TCs, Turkey) get screwed all together, and not just GCs.
The current status might screw us, but it screws TCs at the same time, and it will screw turkey as well (EU). However a disguised partition solves the problem of TCs and Turkey, but not only it doesn't solve our problem but it makes it permanent. So why the hell should we want that?

This is why we have to agree on the principles first since the details can be tricky.
No restrictions on settlement and working.
In Poland (that I have no relation with) I do not have those restrictions either. What will I get more in TCCS than I get in Poland?
