The Cyprus Solution - The Next Step Forward....

I'd like to focus this post on getting some constructive comments on how to create more favourable conditions to create a Cyprus solution.
Since the division nothing has been achieved apart from one valuable thing. I think the opening of the crossing points have been incredibily valuble and have created more of a sense of a solution as we are not restricted to our parts of the island.
What i propose is for TC's to put forward suggestions of what they would give in for exchange for:
1) Direct Flights
2) Direct Trade
As someone of GC extraction i would propose the following in exchange:
1) Varaosha Returned to it's legal inhabitiants
2) Strict enforcement of no more exploitation of GC land/property.
I would also suggest a reduction in Turkish Troops, maybe this is asking too much but it seems the most logical thing to do as UN troops are reducing their numbers and the Greek side have been clearing land mines on the divide.
