both economies will benefit in the long run.
the problem of the gcs having negtive feelings for a likely not a good start for them, should and could be dealt by the gcs leaders.
the refugee problem is just a part of the cyprus problem that touches all kind of aspects, from emotional to economic. any plan should try to allow as many refugees as possible to return without distorting the bizonality, if we will ever have a solution.
besides the emotional problem, bizonality will not necessarily become an economic problem. capitalism has no border-problems. with stupid leaderhips though, it could become a problem.

How will riots and blood shed be prevented if refugees who are prevented from returning to their towns and villages see Multinational Hotel chains opening up in Kyrenia and when every son of a bitch with European citizenship except the legal title holders are allowed to buy land in Kyrenia.

Can an economy thrive or even exist in those conditions. Unless true unification whereby all the refugees are allowed to return to the towns and villages then things will get worse economically,
