The article made a mistake ont he first line and I stopped reading from there on. Its not a Turkish Cypriot Commission. Its a Turkish Commission according to the ECHR.

That's a detail that doesn't take away from the outcome.

How's this for a detail that does affect the outcome. The regime in the north has declared itself the "TURKISH REPUBLIC of Northern Cyprus". Hence the isolation of Cypriots who choose to live there. Better to be realistic than disappointed. But they weren't, so they are.

If it is worth so little it will be cheap to compensate turkish settlers to piss off back to where they came from.
