The Process of Solution

Here is my solution proposal. It is more about the process rather than the solution itself. We Cypriots should be directly in charge of forming our future.

1-TC, GC and mixed teams think up a solution (at the level of basic principles, not the whole constitution), with a given deadline 2 years time
2-These proposals go through a referendum. Voters will decide on each proposal with a yes or no. So we might end up with 4-5 proposals that get 50%+ by both sides (tc and gc)(lets say A B C D and E). These proposals will go to next round
3-More referendums to be held with the proposals eliminated if they get the last place. So, if there are 5 proposals, each voter will have 4 votes and the results might be

GC
----
A 1st place
B 2nd place
C 3rd place
D 4th place
E 5th place

and TC might be
C
D
E
B
A 5th place

so, E and A get eliminated.

Repeat until at least two proposals are on the table.
Then we will hold a referendum and if it is a tie, the majority of total votes win.

:? It looks like you’ve confused the CyProb with some kind of UEFA ranking system.

the talks are ahead of you.

there is only 3 choices and only one of those is acceptable to both sides. the fine detail is being worked out now and the plan is one final push end of the year.

Can you please comment the proposal, keep your conspiracy theories to yourself or back them with some evidence.

 I heard Athienou is seeded and may well be drawn against LourouginaSpor who are 5:1 favorites because Lordo is the siklatzis. :?

there is no conspiracy theories. it looks like you did not understand what i said.

choices are
1. unitary state - which is what gcs want in order to control cyprus and do as they wish and is unaccaptable to the tcs
2. taksim - two independent states which is not acceptable to gcs but will be accpetable to tcs
3. the compromise of bbf - two federal states with a single identity currently being negotiated in the talks with the backing of everybody except diko and edek and elam

is that better
