When Abdullah Gul is appointed as the minister of foreign affairs, he calls all of the bureaucrats and tells them to prepare a report on the foreign policies of the other countries. Two days later the bureaucrats bring a document. Gul looks at the document and figures that this document consists of only one page with 10 - 15 sentences written on it. He gets amazed and asks "what is this?". Then he shrinks his lips and reads the document as follow:

"Tourists from several countries came together at a restaurant in Saudi capital Riyad. They all ordered a glass of very cold coke. When the cokes came, toursists saw that each glass had a fly in them.

ENGLISH, asked for a new coke in a new glass
SWEDE, asked for a new coke in the same glass
FINN, took the fly out of the glass and drank the coke.
RUSSIAN, drank the coke with the fly.
CHINESE, ate the fly but didn't drink the coke.
JEW, hunted the fly and sold it to Chinese
JAPANESE, sent the fly to Tokyo for further evaluation/
GREEK, asked for a new coke after drinking half of it.
NORWEGIAN, used the fly as a fish-bait, after drinking the coke.
IRISH, crushed the fly, mixed it with the coke and made the English drink it.
AMERIKAN, opened a case demanding 5 million dollar compensation. The Saudi government paid 10 million dollar compensation and appologised."

The Minister smiles and says he liked the report. But he can't stop himself asking "Wasn't there anyone from us?".

"Yes there was" answers one of the bureaucrats.

Minister continues: "Well, what he did then?"

"TURK, condemned the incident"
