No... that was just one of the early signs of Greece going the wrong way. Why is it humor to say something offensive about other people who have done nothing bad to you?

what did the fat lady say back to them, how did she react? did she start crying and go to the back of the bus hiding? or did she put them all in their place with a comment or gesture?

I can't remember but she didn't seem upset or too distressed by the situation. She might even have seemed quite proud to be a big lady and getting lots of attention. I'm sure if she wasn't, she would have done something about it. My mum used to tell me that during the war and for many years after, because of the starvation in Greece, it was regarded as very attractive to be plump. It's all about cultural perceptions.

Because he was joking, but the British TV channel presented this as evidence of racism. BTW, he was not a GD MP candidate.

The real problem here is the presence of millions of illegal immigrants in Greece. But the British hypocrites mentioned nothing of this growing problem.

At the last Local Council elections in GB, in the Spring of last year, the fascist frigging buggers of the British National Party lost a great deal of their support and were thrown off practically all (if not all) their local council seats. They did as laughably badly as the jokers of ELAM/Golden Dawn at the CY Pres Elections a few days ago.

Pollocks 2...!!! UKIP did well in coming second at the Eastleigh By-election but only the psephologically-challenged would rely on notoriously fickle and unreliable GB by-election results as measures of how people would vote at a General Election.

I'm not saying the haven't got a point. The British have seen what minority groups have done to Cyprus and they don't want the same to happen to their country.

You'd have to be completely ignorant of British politics to label UKIP a racist neo-nazi group...

Fine, I'm not the one who throws such labels around. But, UKIP are far more to the right than GD, for example, as UKIP want nothing to do with other countries whereas GD at least are supporters of EU co-operation with other states.

But, between UKIP, EDL and BNP (as well as some wings of the Conservatives) - that's a hell of a lot of anti-foreign feeling.
