Would that be the ocean that separates the foreign nation of Greece from Cyprus , the same that separates Cyprus from Turkey.

My wife was an award winning Australian Journalist for News Corporation for over 9 years. She was the ONLY Cypriot Journalist to work for the largest media empire in the world, owned by Rupert.

Rupert Murdoch is an Australian who has managed to build a media empire so vast that it is influential on a global scale.

My wife was able to print many feature stories about Cyprus and the Cyprus Problem without any interference or hindrance from Rupert. All her articles are on the net, and to my amusement, members have posted some of her articles on CF. You too have posted her articles in order to support your many arguments. :? Through Rupert Murdoch's media empire, she was able to bring the Cyprus Problem into the media spotlight and many of these articles were published by numerous newspaper's owned by Rupert, including the New York Times.

However, there was a time when she was invited to Israel by the Israeli Government on an all expense paid junket. She then published a story about Palestinian suicide attacks and as a result she received some anonymous death threats. She then did another story about the many Israeli atrocities against the Palestinians in an effort to balance things out which resulted in the Jewish Lobby calling for her head. It seems you just can't win..

I also recall you posting something about respecting other countries sovereignty when talking about Iraq and Afghanistan. This is extremely noble of you, regardless of the fact that I would agree with you about Iraq, but not Afghanistan. As long as members portray a stable and well thought out argument, which is intelligent, then I just don't have any issue, whether they agree with me or not. However, I also seem to recall how you were gloating about Russia's invasion of Georgia which unfortunately exposes your double standards and undermines your debating skill.

Are you suggesting that GR has debating skills ??
Its like me saying that Robert Mugabe has achieved for Zimbabwe a standard of living which is the envy of the world.
GR is a troubled soul with deeply rooted psychopathic ailments , he is a dangerous and should be teared as such .

Unfortunately Miltiades, the same can be said of you as you are hardly a beacon of light in terms of balance when it comes to International Affairs such as the Arab/Israeli conflict and your portrayal of US Foreign Policy.

Your opinions are very hypocritical when you support the US invading Iraq without any mandate or proper justification. You might as well support Turkey's invasion of Cyprus because it is no different.

And I do respect GR's skill in debate because most of his arguments and posts are well researched and he does uncompromisingly engage in positive debate in support of Cyprus, whereas you have undermined the CNG's fighting prowess and abilities and that is unforgivable!

You are both as bad as each other!

Nonsense , my views are consistent always have been .
Hypocritical in supporting the Iraq war ?? Why , I have always supported the overthrow of the madman Sadam , have always believed that the end result would be a democratic and stable Iraq , something we are beginning to witness , as for your comparison to the Turkish invasion of Cyprus may I say poppycock , the two events are as different as day and night. Cyprus was not ruled by a sadistic dictator , it was never suspected of being in possession of WOMD , it had a legally and democratically elected President whom the extremists overthrew by force with the help of the bloody Greeks that you are so overawed with .
You have mentioned this shit before about me undermining the CNG and its abilities , if stating realities such as the fact that the CNG can not remove by force one single Turkish soldier from Cyprus , if dismissing the bullshit by GR , and supported by you , that it , the CNG, can strike deep into Southern Turkey and Immobilize the Turkish air force while at the same time dealing and immobilising the 40 thousand Turkish troops in Cyprus and simultaneously dealing with the T/Cs and the settlers , if these realities point to the debilitation of the CNG then I'm guilty .
You make some valid points , now and again , but then your immaturity takes over with such absurd statements. In your opinion every individual that believes an attack on Turkey is a load of bollocks undermines our fighting skills.
Listen mate , the only solution to the Cyprob is for both sides to begin in earnest a comprehensive session in understanding what went wrong in the past , how we can put right , accept that all Cypriots have a right to call this island their own , drop the cancerous bullshit of Cyprus being Greek or Turkish , embracing OUR REAL ETHNICITY , OUR REAL ID , tell the Greeks and the Turks to take their arses out of our island and point their stupid third world heads to the UN definition of Cyprus and recognition as an independent nation.

I also recall you calling me a traitor because the smell of shit from GRs " WAR IS THE ONLY OPTION " got up my nose , so you immediately branded me a traitor for not reaction in a congratulatory fashion and agree with the projected scenario of total irreversible catastrophe for our island. May I also remind you of your comments on turning the occupied part of Cyprus into a grey colour , incinerate them no doubt !!

My views on every subject I have ever debated are constant and may I say not the least biased , objectionable to the extremists amongst us maybe but totaly based on common sense that tells me that this island can only have a peaceful future if fumigated from the cancerous influences it has had to deal with over the years.

I criticized Shakasville, the foolish Georgian president for being stupid enough to establish such a close relation with the US on Russia’s doorstep!

In fact, he even had dreams of joining NATO and hosting US bases in Georgia so I deservedly gave him the idiot of the year award.

So how can you interpret the above as gloating about Russia’s military response?
