And here we have the independent report on the Syrian Arab republic from the UN general assemby.

It's pretty clear who the United nations are blaming.

BTW, Al Jazeera have just reported that the United nations have just released their report damning the Syrian Regime for its use of Chemical Weapons on the Idlib attacks of 2015.

Apparently, there are more reports to be handed down for every instance where war Crimes have been detected, including the criminal attack on the UN Aid convoy a few weeks ago. There seems to be an 18 month lag because of the independent investigatory process that needs to be concluded first.

Once I have a copy of the UN Report I will post it here.

http://www.ohchr.org/EN/HRBodies/HRC/II ... ssion.aspx

So far, it seems Pootin and Assad are at odds with the United Nations in virtually every aspect.

I see nothing in this link that even mentions Assad or Russia ..... so how you came to the conclusion they were at odds with the UN is baffling.

You have to read all these reports in conjunction with one and another.

there are many reports that have expressly blamed Assad for the use of chemical weapons in violation of a treaty signed with the OCPW in 2012 to avoid Air Strikes. it also accuses Assad of gross violations of HR, mass incarcerations, torture, siege tactics, bombing of hospitals and civilians.

It's all there.

The most pressing need right now is to bring this conflict to an end and spare the Syrian people of further suffering. Casting blame on one or the other does not contribute anything in bringing about peace.

Assad is the only Syrian leader capable of restoring peace. The west has to realize that its involvement has been a disastrous event. Let the Syrians them selves sort it out.

History tells us that wars are not generally a " civil" affair but sordid in every respect.
Warring parties do not generally abide by Geneva conventions , war crimes occur because of the nature of war. Kill and be killed.

the most pressing need is regime change or transition and UN weapons inspectors for the disarmament of all of Assad's stockpiles.

A return to the status Quo will only result in more wars.

Assad is a war criminal, and don't think he will get away with it. it is only a matter of time. he no longer has any legitimacy or is able to restore any stability or peace.

The Coalition abides by The Geneva Convention.

Not accessible!

Again no mention of the Syrian Government just references to The Syrian Arab Republic and the (alleged) atrocities that have taken place. Doesn't place the blame on anybody!

I know I said it was an improvement to see you backing your claims with some credible links but ..... the idea is that you read them first, to ensure they are relevant ..... before posting the link!

Please don't tell me you didn't know these links existed.

this is where I get my information from. I also watch mass media Reports but I am also wary of them, knowing full well what they report is not always 100% accurate.

Your links are by far the worse of all. I don't take them seriously but then you attack me for making that known. it's not my job to be everyone's researcher.

these links exist. The United nations issue regular reports and will also issue a report about the Aid convoy attack. You just go straight to Sputnik.

it's pretty obvious to me that this was either an Assad or Russian Air raid, but unfortunately it will be 18 months or so before the United nations will come out to confirm it officially like they did with Idlib in 2015.

Your man is not innocent, and has a lot of blood on his hands.

Irrelevant and also many decades in the past. In those days, even the Australian military were using napalm and chemical (Agent Orange) warfare in the jungles of Vietnam, but you can't get away with that now.
