Possibly the greatest threat are undersea currents and anchors accidentally deployed by ships under way. Many undersea cables are damaged every year by ships anchors.

The designs posted by the self advert of the British pipe makers do no show pressure repeaters. It gives the impression of elevation differentials, ie water finding its own level, being the only motive power. They show no anchors just floats steadying the pipe.

The reference to the gulf of Mexico, presumably the Gulf Stream, which works via heat differentials to create currents with the elevation, is interesting. Hopefully the engineers of the pipe did not think along those lines.

So simple a 2 year old can get it. Nothing is simple with the Turks. They "liberated" you by importing more colonists than TCs, they changed your language, your names, your place names, a 2 year old can see they are using you.
