interesting documentary

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Yes... A tragic story of cold-blooded murder, there's no other word for it.

Murder of unarmed civilians by the vengeance-seeking and out of control paramilitaries of the TMT Terrorists, ...

... TMT Terrorists who are still honoured in "trnc" at several ceremonies a year...

... Only last month the TMT member Eroglu presented these murderers with more awards.

Disgusting.

...indeed, i remember Solomou, and what worried me was the total lack of discipline. it is entirely possible that what is the TA in Cyprus is a sham, compared at least to troops well trained for fighting. when Lordo goes off with his horror stories, it in essence makes the same point, only the frame of mind interprets the meaning differently. we can all be angry at the "Greeks" and the "Turks" amongst us, none of them are blameless, but it is an irrational extension of thought to imagine that all Greeks, and all Turks, are these extremist.

...where are the Cypriots, if they continue to remain silent, they are accessories to those who continue in their denial of a Human Race toward "winning" as Persons. ("this must stop"). there is a big difference between our Identities, as Individuals that is the Freedom we accept as Universal Principals, and Liberty. in Cyprus we have agreed to demonstrate to the rest of the world, a manner of living where there is a State, one country, with a Government which defends the Rights of all its Citizens without any distinction or discrimination as equals, and where equally, Cypriot Constituencies can, through their electorate, effect their own distinct Identities; three governing bodies (at least); this is Bi-communal.

...thus, i ask, where is the Greek Constituency? i ask, and what about the Maronites, Latins, and Armenians, do they not have an equal need to sustain themselves?

There are 3 sides involved at the moment.

The Greek Cypriots vs the Turkish Cypriots and Turkey vs everyone else.

Your point being?

I think it is an inaccuracy today to boil the issue down to one of two sides between Greek and Turkish Cypriots.

The Turkish Cypriots are more or less irrelevant (regarding their political will) because Turkey has subverted their Cypriot identity and replaced them with Turks from Turkey and loyal actors that have bought into the problem by buying Greek Cypriot property in the north. They too have usurped "TRNC" citizenship and a "right" to vote. These two dominant groups in the north (relative to the Turkish Cypriots) will always vote for a partition orientated solution. They should not even have the right to vote on a plan. The whole framework in which the negotiations are being conducted is flawed and false.

Partition benefits no one except Turkey and she has engineered the situation to be so..

The only solution put before the people was rejected by guess who the GCs, and the world sees it that way.

Speak to Captain Sakouris and the CMP who just had his family members exhumed from a mass grave and given a proper RoC State Funeral.

The events were broadcast by CYBC.

respectfully vp, the few words you write, to the reader seem innocent enough, blameless you are not, (i/we know you better) it is an attitude of mind, you must look into yourself, too. you must demonstrate a commitment to a whole, where within there are parts, you can start by saying something simple like, "i love Cyprus", "i love Cyprus first". truly, within the context of one Cyprus, ask, if there exists a Republic, and a Turkish Constituency, where are the other Constituencies. say, "i am Turkish, but i am not a "Turk"; ask in return for others to say, "i am Greek, but i am no "Greek", i am Maronite, or Armenian, or Latin, but i am Cypriot first, my Freedom depends on what i do as an Individual and the Government that is elected to defend our Sovereignty as Cypriots. and as a Cypriot, i live in a Constituency where as a Person, i am an elector with an equal vote, as a taxpayer i have the Liberty to sustain a distinct identity, with Grace.

...i hope the point is taken, "this must stop", at some point new thinking must evolve.
