Again can you be more specific as you babble but make no sense, how will the power be shared? 2 states? one federal level? made up of members from each stae? elected how? how will you provide security guarantees? or even unilateral changed to abolish one of our official languages? Please try and concentrate giving direct and clear answers, thank you.

This is a public forum we are here to ask and answer questions, those that have nothing but hot air and no answers repsond like yourself because you know you will reveal the real and main goal of people like yourself who want to use "Cypriotism" to allow the GCs to rule the whole island as they wish. You need to get a grip we will never allow this to happen either you share equally or get nothing.

Here it goes Vp, again...

GC constituent state....has its own laws and regulations can tax its own citizens, made up of mostly Gc with some TC if they so chose...It has its own government/governor, elected legislature, and judicial(courts, appeals courts, Supreme Court).it has its own police force which has jurisdiction only in the GC state..again elected by the citizens of teh Gc state..

Tc constituent state...same as above except instead of Gc state add Tc state..

Federal government...located in Nicosia...a Federal legislature composed of Gc and Tc...The Gc are elected by the Gc state and sent to Nicosia's Federal Cypriot government...The Tc also elect their own reps. to the Federal government...The Federal governments jurisdiction include...all ports of entry into the country ie..airports, seaports.. The Federal government makes treaties with foreign governments...It also has the highest court in the land ie The Federal Supreme Court...It collects Federal taxes, it funds and supports a Federal police force which has jurisdiction throughout the island only when the case involves the above powers or interstate crimes etc....The Federal government seats are 70/30 in favor of the Gc because they are the majority.

Now Vp what dont you understand from the above? :D

Could you just clarify how the system will work at the federal level with a 30/70 split, are there any minimums required to pass laws for example? and after your answer are yu aware that Tcs are closer to your proposal than GCs?

A simple majority for some types of laws, or it could be negotiated...not that important...as for your question..if a referendum were held today on a BBF, it wouldnt pass...from the Gc side.

I doubt that very much as the GCs do not want to share a meal let alone a country. So in fact your BBF would give power directly to the GCs, how would stop eg removing Turkish as an official language, maybe unimportant for you as it gives 100% power and us nothing.
