May the Good Lord forgive me ....I "Farted" during the minute's silence, I was thinking about the "Battle of Agincourt" and how much water has gone under the bridge and how times [and attitudes] have changed twixt the "Frogs" and the "Brits" since those momentous days.

"Liberté, égalité fraternité"....My Arse !

Let me know if you ever find a place where " Freedom, Equality, and Brotherhood" exists and if you want to observe a bit of "Silence" for the dead, spare a few days [or years] for all the poor innocents that are slaughtered on a daily basis to satisfy the greed of the West.

And you can include the "Frogs" among the host of other bloodthirsty bastards that are pulling the wool over your eyes with their blatant hypocrisy as they feign sorrow at the loss of those they claim to be victims of terrorism [whilst THEY terrorize others at a whim].

All good fun for those [in power] who couldn't really give a bollocks for ALL the departed of generations past, if you need a glimpse of proof, have a look at the sloppy bastards [Royals] who attended the recent memorial service, they couldn't even stand up straight when on ceremony, they don't have to you see, such rigid applications of military drill are left to the poor bastards who do the real fighting when the "Dogs of War" are unleashed upon the innocents of the world. 8)

Proving once again that Turks are neither amenable towards European values and solidifying Turkey's kinship with the jihadist IS barbarians.

When you use the word Turkey can you be a bit more specific?

Do you mean the Turkish government or Turkish people or the Turkish nation in general?

 I must assume that you refer to the Western forces where you mention "Disgusting Bastards", after all, it is THEY who rejoice.

You imagine that GiG makes any distinction ? For her it is all the same. Turkish individual, TC individual, government, nation - they all represent the same to GiG. They are to her the embodiment of everything bad and evil and negative, just as Greek, GC ( individual, government or nation) are the embodiment of everything good and just and positive. This is how she see the world - pretty much how all fundamentalist extremists see the world actually.

When GiG unleashes one of her frequent fundamentalist rants on the true nature of Turks (or TC) I am always reminded of

Colin Thurbon in Journey into Cyprus wrote:Later I stopped an old woman. 'Cauliflowers....' she said suspiciously .'There aren't any. The Turks killed them.'
'But they aren't people.....'
She said quickly: 'They were pulled down. Demolished'
'They're vegetables,' I said firmly.
She wiped a dirty sleeve over her mouth as if to speak better, then answered with finality:'The Turks ate them.'

Take your Turkish army and your Turkish settlers and "those Turkish Cypriots" and go and settle in Islamic Turkey so that Cyprus can have peace.

If I was Turkish I might consider settling in Turkey but as I am Cypriot I have chose to settle here in Cyprus.
