| BOF, I remember Oliver North's name years ago but never really read into it. What did he do again? I just remember the name when he was being tried in a court in America for being a traitor and then was found innocent. |

i have said it enough times that i am already blue in the face, i did not vote fro bush, nor did the majority of americans. i do not support the war effort, (but i do support our troops.) that being said, there is a big difference between what saddam did and what bush did. saddam made up his own set of rules, he was a dictator. bush on the other hand, has to report to a cabnet, a house, a senate, the american people. yes, bush is responsable for thousands of deaths, but this is war. you can't have a war without people dying. yes, innocent people died, but the americans never bombed villages for the hell of it. we never went after civilians on purpose. unlike saddam, who would kill everyone in a village for whatever reason he felt personally justified it at the time.
