and nobody noticed! Compare it with what happened when they won the Euro in football in the same year! :D

double standards, greece was just lucky, some ppl on water polo, basketball, athletics, gymnastics and several other sports where greeks are world champions are doing great job but soccer steals all the funds

What a foolish game this rugby is.

Yeap! Cyprus won 39-3. Nearly half of the “Cypriot” players were in fact British ex-pats living in Cyprus, and the rest were repatriated Cypriots from countries with a long tradition in Rugby (UK, South Africa, Australia, etc.) Some of the Greek players claimed that they came here for a holiday trip in a friendly country, only to realize a bit too late that they were actually being confronted by an opponent team that thought they were playing a world cup final.

What is wrong with you! Only four players in a twenty two man squad were not linked to Cyprus by heritage.
Can you not accept there is a new sport on the island and be proud that the Cyprus team won.
The Greek team came out very sure that they were going to win and yes the Cyprus team were taking things very seriously to us it was the world cup final and so will every game after be traeted the same.
