Someone made earlier a topic regarding a same thing but nobody replied .So I'm asking again: what is a procedure for establishing a private company in Cyprus? Are there any special rules for non-Cypriots (within or out of EU) and what are they?

Someone made earlier a topic regarding a same thing but nobody replied .So I'm asking again: what is a procedure for establishing a private company in Cyprus? Are there any special rules for non-Cypriots (within or out of EU) and what are they? -

Nothing special about forming a company here; you will need to register it with Companies House, notify the Finance Department re taxation and VAT as well as the appropriate authorites to make Social Security payments.
If you are not Cypriot, look out for lots of tough 'competition'!
