Does anybody know anywhere in Cyprus that does phone unlocking

I've heard that its possible to unlock phones via services offered in the internet. Meaning without needing to go there. Dont ask me how this works, just heard that its possible somehow......

i think somebody called stefanis or stefanides (not sure) does it in nicosia. also cyta(cyprus telecommunications) does it but its much more expensive

I was wondering, can you suggest an Internet shop within Cyprus where I could buy mobile phone and one of those local packages equivalent to the UK's pay as you go.

I am in Scotland and need to buy this from here for my property in Limassol for the tenants but I want to get the pay as you go so that if they run up high bill, it will be their problem, not mine.
