
What a coincidence. I'm also from Kaymakli (Kücük) and have just been to Cyprus, after 43 years. I went to get a Birth Certificate from the District Office in Nicosia, but was told to fill out the forms that they gave me and take them to the court, to be sworn in.
I did not bother. It might be different for the GC's.

My dear friend I hope that it isn't different for the GSC's. This would really be ashame that there would be such discriminationn surely not after arguments for unification.
