Syrian Friendship CLub in Limassol is part of a chain. They also have a restaurant in Nicosia. Great food very reasonably priced. You will leave with your trousers bursting :)

I personally like Fatoush(salad with sumac spice and pomegranite juice and crispy pitta pieces), Taboulle (green finely chopped salad with couscous), hummos with meat (chickpea dip with no garlic!! and grilled meat), Labna (thick yoghurt with mint), mixed grill (spicey chicken, kofte, kebabs etc) and lots of their really thin pancake like pittas....yummy......

It's not expensive at all. Most veg dishes range between CYP1-2. Kokkalaki in Limassol is a South African restaurant with great steak, SA sausages and ribs. It's between the zoo and old port in the old quarter. I'm from Larnaca so tend to know the restaurants in Larnaca and Nicosia.
