I've been on the island a short time as well, and have to confirm what Aussiedrillerman is saying - and I'm a Brit!

Must admit the brit women here are a very strange breed indeed, wannabe expats with no real life experience except the UK & Cyprus.

Well I have to write that speaking from my experience of Brits here (predominantly couples) they collectively seem to live what seem to me almost weird lifestyles.. many are pretty shallow and don't seem to want to mix socially except within small enclaves.. which is fine - but odd to be so disinterested.. adn as for the blokes who think being an odd job bloke at home makes them an expert at everything over here at professional UK rates - well... amazing they get away with it - but the enclaves help I guess!! Anyone fancy a film shoot of Brit Cowboys and Jack the lads?? The place is full of them!! The ones who reckon they are the second coming of Lothario are the funniest as they really believe it - amazing!! Having said all that I have met some really nice helpful and informative ones... sorting the wheat from the chaff is always a problem though isn't it guys??
