As I have told cameron.
put the gel on at night when watching TV, or when you have 30 minutes spare time. cover hands in gel , thick.
put the gloves on, leave for 30 minutes.
take of gloves and rinse hands under water, do not use soap...
do every day, until gel is finished...
if its possible to take pictures with digital camera, before you start the course, and 1 week later, that would be great...
