Refugees and The Right of Return

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Agios Amvrosios » Wed Feb 16, 2005 2:26 am

Dear Peace,

[/May be but what you do never becomes lawful.TRNC and TRNC title deeds are already illegal and null. But what about not letting us to return our own property? If you claim that you are doing legal things and you are a legal goverment when i want my property to peacefully enjoy you have to let me to do it.quote]

Agreed. The Cyprus problem is solved.. you go home I go home. Lets shake on it and live happily ever after. Some TC's are already living in the South and some work for my uncle. Are these TC's allowed to live in their original houses?

The TC's can get their property back as long as they have lived in the south for 6 months and intend to stay living there I believe. In the case of Arif Mustafa, the case is still pending. The RoC has given the guy alternative accomodadtion for the time being until the court case is settled.

The problem is, give the TC's their property back, they will most likely sell it and still keep the property that was given to them by the trnc. That is the problem. I think if a TC wishes to move back south then they should be allowed to take back their property but with strict conditions until the Cyprus problem is solved.
