Fires in Greece - Coordinated arsonists?

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Postby alexISS » Sun Aug 26, 2007 7:58 pm

It's an undisputed fact that the fires were set by arsonists and did not occur "naturally". I don't know if it was a coordinated attack or not, but so many fire fronts in such a large scale are impossible to fight, no matter how well equipped and trained the fire-fighters are. Greece has the largest fleet of fire fighting aircrafts in the EU, and yet they were not enough....

While we have the highest number of aircrafts we did nothing for succesfully coping with the situation. We are completely dependent on international help!!!!

U nfortunately yess, even in Archeological Sites...

The battle over the site of Ancient Olympia, the birth place of the Olympics is still underway.

The firefighters are giving their soul to defend it.

For the time being the site is still standing as far as we know.

Also let me note that the village from my fathers side in the district of Ancient Olympia is ashes. It is near the Foloi mountain bordering the districts of Ancient Olympia and the heroic village ,of 1821, Lalas.

Heroic villages that gave brave fights in 1821 are all ashes.

Polydoras is at a loss and Karamanlis seems like a pussie

Amen
