De Soto responds to Tassos outburst

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Mikkie why do you see it as getting f****d up the bum whenever the political equality issue comes up

Brother,

WHEN did I ever say that I don't believe in political equality fot the TC's?

I have no problem with that. What I have a problem is with implementing political equality by compromising human rights. That is what the Annan plan did.

That's good mikkie, much appreciated, however, there is a difference between equality of the individuals and equality of the communities. Tasos thinks he can trap the "stupid" Turks by offering equality of the individual persons. Do you accept equality of the communities?

What do you think I mean Bananiot?

I am saying that political equality can be achieved without compromising human rights.

Are you trying to suggest that political equality can only be achieved by compromising these very rights?

Could all GC users state clearly whether they accept or not political equality of the two communities?

not exactly a GC but yes I can both accept and respect political equality of both communitys, ceteris paribus. As long as TCs can accecpt and respect the requests of the GCs.

ceteris paribus (?)

What are these requests that need to be respected?

hahahha

hasnt anyone taken basic economics here??? ceteris paribus is latin for "all other things equal" because the only way you can make theories in economics is by assuming nothing else will effect your theory except for the variable stated.

and no pubs for me. i have a plane to catch.
