You do need a licence to purchase and you will also need a licence to keep the gun...
If you decide to go game shooting with it you will need another licence.. :lol:

you can go to your local police station , and get a letter saying that you havent been in any trouble, then take that to the central police station , my nearest is in the old hospital road , they can give you a icence for free , the same day , then its 30£ to add a gun to it there after,,
