i want to sell my apartment but all the agencies are after a quick buck, who can be honest with me. any ideas

I live in Konia but the apartment is in universal area in a mainly residential road

I too have an apartment 2 bedroom for rent, brand new never lived in yet.

Location is Larnaca 200 meters from Stratigou Timayia avenue. Can be used as a flat or even an office
