This is what you will see if you reside very near the foot of the mountain at the northest part of occupied Nicosia. Enjoy.
I m glad to inform you I will not be able to see anything from where I reside in Nicosia.

Satellite photos can clearly see the painted flag. Several websites on the internet can show this.
..........and a waste of money. Better spent on the needy.
Good man, Deniz . . . what a pathetic claim to fame.
. . . . But what if it catches the eye of some passing alien ?![]()
Cyprus will have yet another foreign invader!!!!
Dont get me wrong Phoenix. I love my flag but fluttering in the sky and not on the soil. Not for incitement and we need not be reminded as to what we are. We know.
Pray tell . . . what are you? Turks / Cypriots / other?
Pray tell me are you asking in the 'singular' or plural?
Both
Cypriot, Turkish speaking Cypriot
I can only talk for myself.
You know, that sounds okay with me!![]()
However, Turkish should not be an "Official" language in the RoC in my opinion. Only Greek, then we can move on. Surely it makes sense . . . U.K. only has ONE official language and yet there are many people speaking a second language.
Crafty arent you. Turkish language is a lovely language. I know you hate everything Turkish - maybe rightly so. In your stilletos i would be the same. I see the Turkish Language as enriching the Cypriot peoples linguistic abilities and richness. Yes, I know you disagree. I love the Greek language as well, unfortunately some fascists decided to end the Greek studies in the secondary schools, so I feel deficient. The more languages the better. Now Phoenix behave.
NB: without Turkish you would not have had Lokoumi.
You know my weakness . . . but "a rose by any other name would still smell as sweet" . . . and Geroskipou Delights are the best in the World!![]()
Deniz . . you know I have no objections to Turkish whatsoever . . . ALL I said was that in my opinion if we only had ONE OFFICIAL language we would minimise our problems. Undoubtedly and indisputably the one official language would be Greek . . .

That 37% in between is called the TRNC/KKTC...You heard it here first.......Next time be more alert.......You almost had it with the Annan Plan but your elected leader screwed it up...Take it up with him![]()

Yes we nearly were "had" by the Annan plan . . . but we escaped and now we have to time to truly re-unite Cyprus for the Cypriots.

As you said, in you opinion. The language is there. It is our language, the language of our forbears. Why change now if our language is sweet.![]()
..and if you claim you have no objection stop trying to change our language. We can still be Cypriots with it.

Deniz . . . you are not listening . . . pay attention!![]()
I said we only need one OFFICIAL language . . . Turkish can still be the personal language of choice for whoever desires to speak it . . .
WE JUST DO NOT NEED TWO OFFICIAL LANGUAGES ON A SMALL ISLAND LIKE CYPRUS!
Now you've made me raise my voice . . .

Calm down Phoenix. Breath in and out slowly. In and out. Stop shouting you will wake my cats up. Turkish Language is already an Official Language. If you are so considerate to us, then there is an alternative or two.
