The Phantom of the Opera

Postby Hazza » Tue Apr 05, 2005 6:03 pm

One of the biggest regrets I have is never going to see a stage show. I lived in London all my life and always wanted to go and see The Phantom of the Opera, Cats and Joseph. None of my mates ever wanted to go and I didn't want to go on my own, looking like a billy nomates.

I've seen P.O.T.O on television and thought it was good. I now have the Film version of it that has recently come out but haven't seen it yet. Will see it by the weekend, thats for sure.

Has anyone seen it? I'm very excited by it, so am I building it up too much?

I've seen it a few weeks ago and I thought it was brilliant. Very well directed, beautiful shot. I was a bit suspicious at first but they really did a great job.....

Ended up watching it last night and loved every moment of it. Felt my eyes water up on a few occasions (not every man admits to that;)).

I've found out that there is a Phantom of the Opera book so I'm on the lookout for it. If anyone knows anywhere in Larnaca or Limassol where they may have it, if you can let me know please. Would be an interesting read I would imagine.

Kyriacos bookshop in Limassol has a very big selection of books, they have also ordered ones for me that they did n't have in stock.
Their main shop in opposite the courts just off the Ayios Nicolas roundabout.
