Is there an English Speaking Chamber of Commerce in Cyprus or Business Club?

Not that I am aware of; outside of expats doing maintenance/pool cleaning there are few British businesses in Cyprus. Until EU accession it was not the easiest thing to do to start one, as you needed a Cypriot, major shareholder.

Hi, there is the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and they surely speak English. Or did I misunderstand your question?

With one of my wifes relatives quite high up in the Chamber of Commerce I know for a fact that many people in the Chamber speak excellent English and should be able to help.

I am sure most members will be able to speak English, but surely all business will be conducted in Greek?

I was in a Court yesterday and even having an excellent translator, it can all get a bit confusing when everything is said in two languages!

Depends on the nature of the business.

Totally, hence why it's an advantage to learn ASAP so you can at least get the gist of most things. That way a translator is essentially just filling in the gaps.

I was suggesting that the business of the Cypriot Chamber of Commerce would be conducted in Greek, not individual business transactions.
