Change of plan. No lamb yesterday so having it for dinner today instead; in fact, it is in the oven as I write........
The smell is divine - honest!! I also have my merlot in hand - only our second bottle honest Guv. Well 4 hours is a long time in politics!

Never been there though we have passed it in the past! On the whole I have been disappointed with steaks on island - too tough!

Our Christmas turkey stuffing include liver as well and if its cooked properly I love it too.
