bankers draft makes ore sense. If you have a sale contract however you may be able to proove the transaction as void du to non payment and have the new buyer look for his money.

if you find him in the north you won't be able to get him back, cos of the crossing. are his cars on greek registration?can you give us the reg? is the reward for his address? will speak with a couple of people and see if anyone knows anything.

Hi The cars were Cypriot reg but I do not have reg numbers. The reward is if he is successfully found and the arrest warrants served on him.So if you get his address and an arrest is made you would get the reward.

I don't think he uses an alias.

The mosy distinguishing thing about him is that he smokes a pipe, and has a large dark mole on his left cheek.

CAZZIE, how can you offer a reward when you don't have the money. Even assuming he gets found and tried and found guilty, still doesn't mean you will get your money back and pay the reward. He might be absolutely broke and end up in jail.

The man has plenty of money. Any cancelled cheque is a criminal offence so I know I will get my money and yes he will probably end up in prison too.
Thankfully I have had a very positive response from a legal source. So was well worth posting this.
