I am GC and I think all your proposals considered would lead to a most acceptable solution, since the alternative wish (fantasy) should best remain as such

The only issue is with settlers ... in order to halt further "settlering" we need to harden our acceptance of this practice until such time as removal of the troops takes place and the RoC can rightfully and Democratically administer the whole island ( oh please make it soon! ).

Thanks O , but are you the Champagne and caviar type , if not dont bother !! I have a nose ring and an earing in each ear , I wear a medalion and shave my head ,have a tatoo on my forehead , apart from that I'm a perfect gentleman.
